These terms govern your use of the Wird mobile application, operated by Wird App Ltd (company number 17316456, registered in England & Wales). By using Wird you agree to these terms.

What Wird does

Wird helps you build a daily Quran-reading habit by shielding apps you choose (via Apple's Screen Time framework) until your daily reading is complete. You are always in control: you choose which apps to lock, and you can remove Wird's Screen Time access or delete the app at any time in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions

• Wird Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (annual or monthly), which may include a free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and may change; you will always see the price before you pay.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent its licensing, resell it, or use it in violation of applicable law. The Quran text and translations are provided for personal, non-commercial reading.

Disclaimer

Wird is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it reliable, we do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and app blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time framework functioning as designed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wird App Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be noted in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales (without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence).
